POLYTHELENE PIPE EQUIPMENT

WCMS manufactures and services polyethylene pipe reel coilers and paddle coilers. Our model 2932 reel coiler handles industry standard reels with ID’s larger than 2.875" and up to 48" wide. With it’s wide base for stability and a 4-speed transmission with variable speed control you can reel from 4 to 45 feet per minute on a 36" diameter reel. Support shaft easily removed for reel changes. Just give us a call for more info or options.

WCMS also manufactures a paddle coiler that coils from 2" to 6" pipe. The coil ID range is industry standard. The coil width range is infinitely adjustable from 35" to 60". The max. coil size on 4" pipe is 1500 ft. and 6" pipe is 700 ft. Our coilers are designed to support the pipe in a way to prevent buckling and excessive ovaling.
